Everyone Knows that Fruits and vegetables are composed of various colors of the rainbow, but did you know that
those colors can actually directly affect your health?

See, these colors contain different antioxidants. Lets take a peek at a few of them...

Pink and Red  fruits and vegetables contain powerful antioxidants called Flavonoids, which help protect your body from viruses and allergens. They can even protect against heart disease and cancer!
The oddballs of this group, the tomato, gets its red color from lycopene. Lycopene may help prevent and treat
 prostate cancer.
Another notable oddball is cranberries, which contain chemical compounds that can help you recover from a stroke
and it even helps prevent memory loss.

Greens. We all know that greens are healthy, but did you know that green vegetables contain a molecule called Chlorophyll, which is what is responsible for the green color. It contains Magnesium, which is needed to maintain healthy
 bones and muscles.

Fruits and vegies with the colors Orange and Yellow help the reproductive system, enhance the immune system, and
 protect cells from free radicals.

Blue and Violet colored fruits and vegetables are proven to help many age-related diseases.

Wooden Cell Phone!!!
Transforming a popular product into a wooden version
is a bizarre development, but the cell phone has just
undergone such treatment. The Maple Phone has been
developed by two Koreans, Hyun Jin Yoon and Eun Hak
Lee as they prove that phones do not need to follow the
same trend of plastic products. The wooden phone exhibits
a touch sensitive keypad and also a camera. For the
touchpad to work correctly, we believe that some different
materials are used, as this would be impossible based on
wood alone. The phone is great from an environmental
perspective, since wood is a natural source and completely
renewable. Perhaps this will pave the way for future wooden
products, for example...
