  In this issue we have Moonlight's pet,Prince.

 "Prince is a cavalier king charles spaniel he is brown (ruby colored),he`s nine years

old, and is still a very happy and active dog. He loves Swedish meatballs, and Italian spaghetti

Bolognese. He loves people and other animals, and often plays with coffee, "my daughters dog" witch is a Shetland sheepdog and he is only 14

Ingredients

2 cups

fresh basil, washed and de-stemmed

1 cup

pine nuts

4

garlic cloves

1 cup

shredded asiago cheese (or freshly grated parmesan)

2 t

coarse ground black pepper

 

 

1/2 cup

extra virgin olive oil

cooked

pasta of choice
 

Instructions

Process the first six ingredients in a food processor until uniformly chopped. Gradually add the olive oil while the processor is running. Consistency will be a fairly thick paste.
